Please read our terms of service to understand the rules and guidelines for using the PromptLabHub platform.

01.What PromptLabHub Is

PromptLabHub is a free AI prompt library that lets you discover, copy, and use prompts for AI image, video, text, audio, and 3D generation tools including Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Sora, Runway, ChatGPT, and more. We provide the prompts. You use them with third-party AI tools that have their own separate terms and conditions.

02.Your Account

To save prompts, create collections, or access premium features you need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password secure
  • All activity that happens under your account
  • Making sure your account information is accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

03.Using Our Prompts

Rules for using the content in our library:

Free Prompts

  • All free prompts on PromptLabHub can be used for both personal and commercial projects. No attribution required.

Premium Prompts

  • Premium prompts are licensed for use by the account holder only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share premium prompt files with others.
  • Scrape or bulk download our prompt library
  • Republish our prompts as your own on another platform
  • Use our content to train AI models without written permission
  • Claim ownership of prompts from our library

You may not:

04.User Generated Content

If you submit or publish prompts to PromptLabHub you agree that:

  • You own the content you submit or have the right to share it
  • You give PromptLabHub a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform
  • We can remove any submitted content that violates these terms or our community guidelines

05.Credits and Payments

Some features use a credit system:

Subscription Plans

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods
  • Credits are purchased through our platform via Stripe
  • Credits are non-refundable once used
  • Unused credits do not expire as long as your account is active
  • If you delete your account, unused credits are forfeited

06.Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You were charged incorrectly
  • A technical error prevented you from accessing paid features
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Subscription periods already in progress
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (these depend on third-party AI tools outside our control)

07.Third Party AI Tools

PromptLabHub provides prompts - not AI generation itself. When you use a prompt in Midjourney, DALL-E, Sora, or any other AI tool, you are subject to that tool's own terms of service. We are not responsible for:

  • The output quality of third-party AI tools
  • Changes to third-party AI models or APIs
  • Content generated by AI tools using our prompts
  • Any costs you incur using third-party AI platforms

08.Prohibited Use

You must not use PromptLabHub to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
  • Create content that violates the rights of others
  • Use the platform for spam or automated abuse

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules without notice or refund.

09.Intellectual Property

All content on PromptLabHub - including our logo, design, written content, and prompt structures - is owned by PromptLabHub unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform content without written permission.

10.Disclaimer

PromptLabHub is provided as-is. We do not guarantee:

  • That the platform will be available 100% of the time
  • That prompts will produce specific results in AI tools
  • That AI-generated outputs will be suitable for any particular purpose

Use the platform at your own discretion.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptLabHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or AI-generated content.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PromptLabHub after changes means you accept the updated terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email.
