01.What We Collect

We collect basic information to run the platform:

  • Your email address and name when you sign up
  • Prompts you save or create in your account
  • Browser type, device, and general location (country level only)
  • How you use the platform (pages visited, prompts copied, time on site)

We do not collect payment card details directly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

02.How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Run and improve PromptLabHub
  • Send account-related emails (no spam)
  • Understand which prompts and features are most useful
  • Prevent abuse and fraudulent activity

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

03.AI Model Integrations

PromptLabHub is a prompt library - we do not send your prompts to any AI providers on your behalf. When you copy a prompt and use it in Midjourney, DALL-E, or any other tool, you are interacting directly with that provider's platform under their own terms and privacy policy. We have no visibility into what happens after you copy a prompt. If we ever build direct AI integrations in the future, we will update this section and notify you.

04.Data Security

We take security seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
  • We use secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel and Supabase) with industry-standard security practices
  • Access to user data is restricted to essential team members only

05.Your Rights

You are in full control of your data. You can request at any time:

  • A copy of all data we hold about you
  • Permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt-out of non-essential emails
